Customized Performance Solutions

MDP offers group-level training and development programs customized to meet your specific needs to improve employee knowledge, skill, and performance.  All of our training courses are tailored, flexible, and interactive.  Our delivery methods include live, in-person group training, live, instructor-led virtual training, webinars, and other e-learning methods.  We value and deliver experiential learning and create responsive learning opportunities for leadership, management groups, and team-based stakeholder cohorts across all levels of the organization.

Classroom

Live, in-person instruction, with cohort participants in a classroom setting.  Public training dates and locations  or on-site engagement for your organization.  Interactive course work with break-out groups, open discussion, and hands-on practice.  Digital material provided. 

Virtual

Virtual platform delivery with live instructor and real-time class communication and group participation.  Features include chats, polls, case studies, and quizzes making this platform fully interactive.  Course can be accessed on a computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Blended

Any combination of onsite, remote, and video training.  The benefits of experiential and virtual learning modalities where participants can access training utilizing electronic technologies including desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and mobile technology.   

Self-Directed

Self-directed courses are available and enable participants to acquire knowlege and skills without time constraints to accomplish professional development goals when it's most convenient with no instructor or peer involvement. 

Organizational Learning and Development

MDP offers group-level training on a wide variety of topics. We assemble a group of highly experienced and skilled trainers to deliver interactive experiential learning.  In addition to active training curricula, MDP will create a customized training from concept through materials development, upon request.

As a full-service firm, we offer development interventions in a half-day, full-day, or multi-day training format.
