Jeff Blanchard has been a recognized leader in the field of Organization Development (OD)      for more than 20 years.  He is the Founder and Managing Partner at Millennium Development Partners, LLC.  Prior to establishing MDP in 2018, Jeff was a member of the core team that established the National Center for Training, Support, and Technical Assistance (NCTSTA), a national organizational capacity building provider, in 2001.  Through NCTSTA, Jeff assumed significant lead roles in major domestic public health initiatives within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and    the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), among other state and federal agencies.  Twice during his tenure, Jeff was tapped by the CDC to co-chair national networks including the Organization Development and Management (ODM) Network, representing more than 21 national providers.  

In leading MDP, Jeff is a principal organizational strategist with a collaborative approach to OD grounded in behavioral science and insights from systems thinking.  He has led consulting     and training projects throughout the United States, in the Caribbean, and Africa, working in diverse settings with leadership and management teams in major nonprofits, hospitals, state departments of health and local health departments in major U.S. cities.  In addition to the healthcare industry, Jeff has led OD projects in technology, education, utilities, and juvenile justice, specializing in strategy development, organizational change and transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

As a former athlete, Jeff played Division-1 college football at Rutgers University.  He played professionally including stints with the Washington Commanders in the National Football League (NFL), and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Hamilton Tiger Cats in the Canadian        Football League (CFL).  Jeff integrates lessons from his collegiate and pro athletic experience    into his work in organization development, leadership development, team-building, and team and organizational performance.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Rutgers University, and a Master’s Degree in Administrative Science, Global Leadership and Administration, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  He is also certified in change management holding the distinction of Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
